A Thief Among The Hedges
A downloadable game for Windows
This is a submissions to the 2025 Clark Halloween Game Jam.
You're a thief in the garden, and you thought this was going to be an easy heist. Unfortunately there's the groundskeeper who's dead set on catching you. Lucky for you, you came prepared. Take control of the robot and use him to help you collect all the keys you need to break in!
WASD — Move
Tab — Take control/leave the robot
Esc — Pause, exit robot
E — Interact
LMB — Place water
Space — Vault
When the robot wakes, take control to solve puzzles and step on pressure plates! Place water to block off pathways from the robot. Who knows, if you manage to block off all pathways to you when the robot is chasing you, it may leave you with an opening to get the keys its holding.

I have no idea of what I need to do, and the game doesn't explain anything. The only thing I know is that I should collect the keys, but some of the keys are out of reach.
As for the water, I have ZERO clue of what I'm supposed to do with it...
Nice visuals though.
Thanks for playing! This is a puzzle/strategy game so we want to leave some things for the player to figure out but we'll try to find a way to make things more clear. For now I've updated the description to help clear some things up!
